of Ethics / Outside Activity Questionnaire In accordance with the regulations of the Executive Commission on Ethical Standards; the Commission of Higher Education; the New Jersey Conflicts of Interest Law (N.J.S.A. 52:13D-12 et seq.); the Campus Code of Conduct and the College’s Code of Ethics adopted by the Board of Trustees employees are required to disclose outside employment, business interests and other activities. All employees are to read the Code of Ethics and complete the Outside Activity Questionnaire. The completed questionnaire is to be printed, signed and sent to Nancy W. Hicks, Special Assistant to the President for Affirmative Action and Ethical Standards in K-204a.
